We start with cooked salami, Genoa salami, prosciutto, capicola, provolone or sharp provolone cheese layered generously on top of a bed of fresh lettuce, sliced tomato and onion. We warm it up to bring out their rich, savory flavors served on a fresh-baked 8-inch roll, lightly crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. Add hot or sweet peppers if desired.
